This motel is a gem! I've stayed in motels and hotels for thirty years and this was one of the best. The rooms are imaculate, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The owners are friendly and helpful.A quick continental breakfast and was on my way.I would recomend this motel without any reservation. Thanks to Roberta for a restful stay.

This is a great little motel to stay at, we stay here often while we are visiting our kids who live there and nearby! Roberta is THE BEST! we get the best treatment during our stay. Plain easy room. Breakfast in the office building with other guests, a regular and the owner was the coolest experience. Great place to stay if you are gallivanting about the area as the owners are chalk full of knowledge. Friendly and felt at ease. Definitely will stay again down the road.

My boyfriend and I stayed in three forks while passing through from yellowstone to glacier after doing the beartooth highway and redlodge. Needless to say the place was a steal...and the owners Roberta and Rodger were very helpful is telling us about which routes to take and where to stop off. The rooms themselves were clean and comfy. We were... More

My cousin & her husband and myself spent one night here Aug 3 andit was very comfortable and a great value. Enjoyed visiting with the owner next morning - just like being with family. Dog friendly place for sure. Continental breakfast of muffins, pastries, or toast. Walking distance to downtown stores and restaurants.

My husband was born & raised in Three Forks Montana and we have always stayed at the Broken Spur. It had been several years since we'd been there, but they did not disappoint us! It's not a fancy motel, but it is clean and comfortable and a GREAT value. The owners welcomed our dog and were very friendly and personable.... More

We were lucky to get one of the last rooms available, and when we arrived we were delighted with the Broken Spur. Our room was very clean and neat, and Bert the owner was so nice to us! The breakfast the next morning was muffins, pastries, toast, juice and coffee, much better than what you get at the chain motels... More

This hotel is a little off the highway, but it is well worth the stop. The owners are great people, and they make the stay well worth it. It is a lot better then the big chains!

I echo what others have said. It is a budget motel, but neat, clean, and quiet. Soft towels. Comfortable beds. We brought our own pillows though, finding that pillows in the northwest are not what our southern sensibilities need. Lol. The owner likes to talk and he has his opinions, but he was interesting and told me a lot I... More

Motel is clean and comfortable. Rates are reasonable $69/night. But what is unique is Rodger the owner, what a source of information. I believe he is a geologist and he has a wealth of information about the area including some little know back roads, Be prepared for a lengthily conversation (more like a lecture), still enjoyable
