Stayed 1 night on in this place and it took us 10 minute to get in the door due to the lock being stuffed. Paid an extra $20 because we booked a couple of days in advance to another couple that just turned up. Dirty bathroom.

We were travelling without a schedule and this was the only place available. It was dirty, my socks turned brown from the carpet and there was a heavy perfume smell to the room that made us wonder what it was covering up. The general condition of the facility could be described as "well worn/not maintained." I recognize that this was... More

I stayed 5 nights here in Sept. while photographing Yellowstone. The hotel is old and in need of repair. The dead bolt on the door didn't work and the window screens were torn and falling off. There is no WiFi even though they said they had it in the lobby, but they were working on it. On the plus side... More

No Wifi No Hot tub or pool No Breakfast No working AC in rooms There was a closet in my room that was half open and it exposed all the breakers and cable tv connections for the entire hotel, what a safety issue! We booked 3 rooms and the ac did not work in 2 of the rooms and being... More

No wonder they had a vacancy when no one else did, it was a pretty sad place, starting with the outside. Actually the room itself was not too bad, considering the outside, but I felt a need to strip the beds first and make sure there were no surprises. Very very strong disinfectant odor. No coffee for the in room... More

The staff was very unhelpful; didn't even know where the ice machine was! Carpet in room was filthy dirty - just not a nice place to stay. We stayed in Jackson Hole the next night at a lodge for way less money and the room was a HUNDRED TIMES better with friendly staff.

Yellowstone is a Very busy tourist town. Getting a reservation is essential. This motel was not really pretty but it is in walking distance to everything in the small town. The room was old and kind of dingy. The bathroom was the knd where you'll lose your knees if someone opens the door. The tub shower worked but nothing more.... More

Staff is the most unhelpful group of people I have ever met. The hot water in the shower didn't work and then was scalding hot. The tub backed up during the shower, cutting it short. The front desk was less than helpful and finally sent "maintenance" (some kid in a ball cap) who disappeared off and on over the course... More

AC not working ( which make you not able to sleep at all), not enough parking, bathtub drainage not working, bathroom ventilation sucks, rooms are so dimmed , the manager and staffs there do not give a dang about what we complained and I can go on more. DONT EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU WOULD ACTUALLY WANT TO... More

This hotel was clean, but very poorly maintained. The bathroom floor was stained, the wall vent coated in rust, the rack for hanging clothes was falling off the wall, the carpet was stained, the bathroom cabinet was falling apart with no doors or drawers, just he shell of a cabinet with a sink in it, the windows were not clean,...
