The One Horse is locally owned. My kind of place. Small, reasonable and first class. I stayed for 5 nights. Mike runs a really nice and clean place. Freshly remodeled and fells like Yellowstone, not a chain motel. You don't feel like a number. Rachel makes sure you have everything you need from check in to check out. Nice beds,... More

Traveled from Redondo Beach CA. found quality use of internal space in room, one story small motel, locally owned, refrig/microw for our breakfast and lunch makings and 1 block to brew pub (and other choices) for dinners. helpful folks at desk. very clean. Just the right amount of comfort needed after wonderful eye fatigue-ing days in the park.

We stayed for three nights and were very happy with the accommodation. Everything that we needed to keep us comfortable. Don't forget, visitors to Yellowstone want to spend the day out in the Park and only need a room for sleeping.

A good motel for the price. Clean. Newly-remodeled bathroom. Friendly, helpful office personnel. A lot cheaper than the other motels in West Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park, which is important on an extended trip. Within walking distance of many restaurants and the shopping district.

We stayed two nights at the One Horse on visit to Yellowstone National Park. The staff was friendly and the king room large and comfortable. The room was clean and quite and we felt we got a good value for our money. We would definitely stay here again.

We got into West Yellowstone late, but I was happy to find our room so lovely, clean and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows. Plenty of space and bathroom was clean (I'm a sucker for tiled floors.) They also provide basic little amenities. Lots of towels, nice, white and fluffy. We were able to park in... More

We stayed two nights at the One Horse. The staff was very friendly, our kingsize room was huge with lots of room, desk, refrigerator, microwave. A long shelf in the bathroom was convenient for our toiletries. Large wood luggage holder was perfect for both of our bags and not having to unpack. A/C worked perfect and also a ceiling fan... More

We enjoyed our stay at the One Horse. Our host was pleasant and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, parking was right in front of the room and easy. The hotel is just outside of the crowds and across from the city park. A perfect place to rest after enjoying Yellowstone!

Nothing fancy about this motel but there are lots of llittle extras that made it a great stop before going into Yellowstone National Park. Friendly desk clerk. Clean room, nice assortment of shampoo, etc. Even toothpaste. Microwave, refrig, parking at door. Coffee and small breakfast snacks in lobby. Price about half of Best Western right next door. It was a... More

We stayed here for 1 night in early September 2012 in a room with 2 double beds for about $125. The room was clean but basic and on the small side with an old tv but had a fridge & micro. We always choose the mom & pop type motels with parking at the door, and they have that here.... More
