“Ellen the Manager is Horrible to deal with.”

This hotel does not bend over backwards to help..... We were charged an extra day on a cancelled reservation through OBTZ! The manager refuses to speak with us or OBTZ and rudely hangs up the phone like a child. VERY unprofessional. 2 months trying to get a refund for that extra day. Unbelievable!!

This person booked his room online. When you book online we charge for the entire stay because there is commission involved going to online party. We do not do refunds on internet stays. Our suites only handle 5 people with a maximum of 6 per fire codes. You had 7 people in the room. We tried to help by giving you an extra roll away when actually we should have split you between two rooms. You booked online. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. There hospitality was great. The rooms are nice and clean and the bed was very comfy! The rooms also have microwaves and refrigerators which is extremely nice when traveling! Thank you Beaver Creek Staff for you great service!!!

Found this facility to be very accommodating, all non smoking rooms, pet friendly and provided a nice complementary breakfast. Free wifi was a welcome perk. The facility is under new management with Scott and Ellen doing a great job.

Wibaux was a pleasant surprise. Clean rooms, great staff and a nice breakfast in the morning. While in Wibaux, check out Beaver Creek Brewery for a micro and then then the bar across the street for a burger or steak.

I am terribly sorry for you bad experience. After your experience the owner terminated the former manager. We stayed in the Beaver Creek Inn and Suites for 3 days, and it served it's purpose. The manager was not friendly, but not unfriendly. My husband and I are the new General Managers effective November 23, 2011. We are non-smokers and have had Dry Foam Carpet Cleaners of Beach, ND come in and remove smoke smells.
