“Charge wrong price, very dirty and very rude staff”

We stayed at the hotel because of a family renunion in the area. The rooms smell terrible and the beds are unbelievably uncomfortable. I still have a knot in my neck and have a second chiropractor appointment to try to fix it. We were billed more $10 a nite more than what was quoted. The rooms were not ever vacuumed... More

I just like to add that i guess the guest did not understand that "NO PETS" means no pets. There signs all over the hotel that says no pets. When he signed the registration form, it clearly states that "if you bring a pet into the room, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250." At check-out guest was... More

Where to start. The parking is horrible. The side does is always locked. It was even hard to get out of it, which I would assume is a fire hazard. Well let me start by saying when your a guest at a hotel and you ask the hotel to do something within reason, wouldn't you think they would respond?? The bed horrible needed to see a Chiropractor that bad. The recliner was dumpster furniture really really bad and the amenities like soap and shampoo. I had to ask for them... More
