Staying in so many HI's and HIE's each year, there are certain things we expect and look for - cleanliness, service, well-appointed rooms, and attentiveness on the part of the staff. This is another HIE that delivers on it all. A very nice place to stay.

Was there a week. Clean, comfortable and accomidating. Front desk clerk Dan was wonderful, breakfast lady was wonderful, and the managers welcom each night during the week was maintained by a pleasant young woman who was also wonderful. It has a nice pool for the kids. Showers were hot and bathrooms clean.

The staff is very friendly! I love that they have dvd players in the rooms, and the resturaunt next door delivers for free (with a discount!) I would definately stay here again!

This relatively new, relatively large (4 story) Holiday Inn Express is a good example of a less expensive hotel with very good accomodations. Stayed for 5 nights. Good value hotel. Stayed in suite. Very clean rooms, very clean hotel. Staff excellent when I had a problem and were fantastic when I needed book onward hotel in Omaha.

We've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Columbus NE a few times now, always to break up the long drive between Denver and points further East. The clincher is a happy hour with beer, wine and snacks. Hits the spot after a long day of driving. It's a clean spot and we find it's great to get off I-80.
