It was a very busy time for your hotel. There were people everywhere, I think the hotel did a very good job of managing them so the people had fun, but the visitors were able to get sleep.

Reservation was "lost". Management didn't seem to care At all. More or less called me a liar about making a reservation. Of course the hotel was booked. So the only room available was the suite. Paid full price for that room. Team will probably be looking down the road next yeAr.
