Stopped here on a road trip from Denver to Minneapolis as it's the halfway point. I prepaid through AARP and so the check-in took all of 3 seconds. They were waiting for us and had everything ready. Check in was seamless. First floor room was a godsend given our dog and luggage, and pet friendly completed the package. Clean hotel, with very helpful night staff. They gave me perfect directions to the nearest Taco Bell...which, as it turns out, wasn't near but they kindly advised me of this fact in advance. They were friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Free breakfast but also offer 10% off Perkins which is right next door.

it's nothing fancy, but it was a good night stay on a cross-country trip. The first floor is undergoing remodelling (as of January 2011). I thought the staff was helpful and friendly (I read but didn't understand the other review/complaint about the staff & using the empty room etc).

I have stayed here before, I like this hotel..."Unsafe" had me worried but I saw none of that while I stayed for 3 nights...Staff is very helpful and hotel is clean!
