Things I liked: comfortable bed, good breakfast selection, quiet (on 3rd floor of 5 floors). Problems: water faucet in bathtub could not shut off, old scary elevator, general run-down condition of halls & rooms, TV remote failed & new batteries did NOT solve problem.
