This appears to be an older HIE and it shows its age in a number of ways. Staff is helpful and friendly and accomodates personal needs well. However, the mix of smoking/non-smoking rooms on the same floor is problematic. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. Breakfast was awesome, beds were comfortable and staff were fabulous! We will absolutely stay at this hotel again!

I stayed at this hotel as well as the Holiday Inn Express in /grants, New Mexico and found them both to be great. They have their act together in beautiful decor and modern facilities. All seem fairly new.

Attend here one night and was disappointed although staff were friendly and responsive. In the exercise room two of the three machines were out of order and breakfast not up to HIE standards

I'm sure that this hotel stays in business when the Huskers are in town when they can quadruple their room rate as it is reasonably close to the stadium.
