Booked room for my parents (as I'm their personal travel agent.) They LOVED this hotel. It may not have all the amenities of larger chains, but that was more than made up for with the quality. Super nice staff - very friendly. Clean. Comfortable. Well priced. Would stay there again.

Basic, clean room. We had a good night's sleep. Internet access was slow and the lighting a little dim for our tastes. The penny diner breakfast was good - a lot better than the free breakfasts in most chains. Recommended for a brief night's stay while zipping by on Rt 80.

We just got into our room at the oak tree. Staff was nice and honest. Rooms are above average in these types of places. Close to interstate. Paid 75$ with 15$ towards breakfast Overall I would say I like it.

Stayed at this hotel on October 24, 2011. Found it to be a very pleasant experience and location was great. Room was clean and comfortable and felt it was a good value for price paid. Free breakfast at Penny's Diner was fantastic. Will definitely stay again.

It was a clean newer motel, but I do have to agree with others that the bed (we had a king) was not very comfortable. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay.

This place was great. Its location is right off of the expressway. The rooms were neat and clean. The price was cheap and their free breakfast at Penny's Diner was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely stay here again.
