I just returned from spending four days for my sister in law's wedding here. We also brought our 8 month old. The service here was amazing. Everything we needed they could get, find or help us with. We arrived from the first leg of our Trip and I needed to do laundry - no problem! we will drive you to... More

Had a fantatsic stay in the Hyatt. What a fantastic location with it's own private beach allowing undisturbed views of Lake Tahoe. Very helpful and friendly staff. Stayed on tenth floor where rooms had been refurbished. The only complaint was that the sliding glass shower door did not apear to be very well secured and gave the impression it could... More

The perfect Lake Tahoe getaway. The view from everywhere was just picture perfect. Every photo was a post card! The rooms were very clean and spacious. I stayed in the tower, but het bungalows towards the lakeside looked inviting as well. Front desk staff was extremely accommodating - the clerk who looked like Rob Lowe (can’t recall his name), was... More

Great location, the view of the lake from the Lone Eagle banquet facility is absolutely beautiful. The first thing you notice when you arrive is the friendly staff, unfortunately they cannot block the need for renovation that is also apparent as you walk in. Had a standard room facing the pool, the room size and overall comfort were good but... More

This is a great hotel in Lake Tahoe. We stayed in the Lakeside Cottages and were not disappointed. The staff was way above par and attentive to our every need. They even sent up Champagne and strawberries when they found out it was our anniversary! Always friendly and willing to do what it takes to make their customers happy. The... More

A group of girlfriends an I met at the Lone Eagle lounge for happy hour last Tuesday. Awesome setting! There was also a mixer going on for a group staying at the hotel. The place was packed. Only two very busy servers. You'd think a place like the Hyatt would think ahead and staff more heavily knowing there was a... More

Although they did not have the room we booked due to renovations... We were still so stoked once we checked in. they charged us for one night (we stayed for three). The food and heated out door pool were a bonus. Love it. More

This was a great hotel with a better staff. We asked for our minibar key so we could keep some milk cold in it, and they brought us a mini-fridge instead! We had a junior suite on the south end overlooking the lake and the window view was fantastic. At every turn the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We... More

First, the good: this is a gorgeous facility and a great place to stay. We discovered the Hyatt a couple of years ago when we spent the weekend here, and we liked that its location is more isolated and peaceful than being in the crush of casino hotels in Stateline. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, bathrooms are also... More

Upon arrival, given my husband's Hyatt status, we were upgraded to a very large suite in the hotel. While the room was large, it definitely needed to be redone. The couches were ripped in places, the floor had stains, the bathroom was dark and outdated. All the furniture looked worn. However, it is my understanding that the hotel is soon... More
