Las Vegas is all about expectations. We all go expecting to win in both the fun and money stakes and on a 'boys trip' our expectations were high. But coming from England the sheer scale of the place and the volume of people is overwhelming. The Cosmopolitan is like all the strip hotels huge and houses, theme bars and restaurants, club... More

Had a single night's stay last Black Friday for after the Morrissey concert. Always spend a good amount of time at the Cosmo gaming and drinking each LV visit but this was the time I splurged to stay. Very nice appointments, contemporary styling. Central remote controls TV, lights etc. (you may want to turn off the desk lamp under the... More

I stayed in a Bellagio-Fountains-facing room with a deck (a super touch compared to the other hotels) and the room was beautiful. As I understand it these were meant to be condos but the recession changed their plans so the size of the rooms and the layout was awesome vs the old 2-queen bed standard hotel room you usually get... Stayed in a terrace suite. Superb clean hotel in every way next to the Bellagio. Everyone i asked said this was the hippest hotel in Vegas with the best clubs. Great rooms and wonderful views (select the fountain view). Breakfast was very good. The negative is that the internet is not included in the room (you even get free internet... More

My partner and I stayed at the beautiful Cosmopolitan hotel for three nights May 13 through May 16. We checked in around noon on a Sunday and the lines were very long but very organized. They passed out bottles of water while we waited which was greatly appreciated. When we finally got to the desk clerk, he spent 15 minutes trying... More

Spent an extra long weekend at the Cosmopolitan with some buddies in May. Great hotel, very happening vibe, plenty of scenery on the weekend and even on Monday (industry night at the Marquee.) Great restaurants - Blue Ribbon Sushi is outstanding! Casino still has smokers but that's Vegas unfortunately. A short walk to the Aria poker room for the poker... More

Pros - Good location, walking distance to Planet Hollywood, Bellagio, etc. - Trendy décor and lobby - Friendly staff from front desk to bell desk - VERY close walk from our hotel tower (West) near the lobby to the taxi queue. - Requested a quiet floor and it was very peaceful when you needed it to be - Great restaurants... The Cosmopolitan Hotel is a high-end hotel on the Strip, with beautiful high-tech rooms and excellent restaurants. I recently stayed there for three nights on business, and while the stay was nice, I wouldn't stay there on vacation. I thought the service was very cold and impersonal, just the opposite of what I look for in a hotel. Make sure... More

We stayed at the Cosmo last year at approximately the same time. Back then we found it quite average but very clean. As frequent travellers this means everthing to us. This time however, the difference was amazing. The rooms were never properly vacuumed and although we appreciated having a balcony overlooking the fountians it would have been nice if they... More

Decided to stay at the cosmo during a recent business trip. Had a studio suite on the 36 floor over looking the fountains at the Bellagio. The rooms were the best I've seen in a very long time. Most controls for music, lights etc. are handled by the phone's touch screen. I will stay here again...
