We stayed over the Memorial day weekend, fresh towels twice and no other cleaning. My wife hid a large plastic cup in her suitcase for filling with ice-water and it was removed one day when the towels were changed. The construction was not a problem for us because we knew what was going on and the location was worth it.... More

We only stayed one night, a stopover on our way to Hawaii, but wouldn't have had a problem if our stay was longer. There was construction work in progress at the front of the hotel but it wasn't a problem. Our room at the back of the hotel was clean and quiet. For what we wanted, a bed for the... More

This place is not as bad as most reviewers will lead you to believe. If you go there with the goal of saving money and just using the room as a central Vegas base camp you will be fine. If you want to be pampered, this place is not for you. We arrived at about 10 PM and the check... More

Having stayed here on 4 previous occasions since 2004, the standard has drastically deteriorated. Advised do not allocate rooms until check - in so unable to get requested room overlooking the pool. Paid an additional fee for a deluxe room. It was no different to a standard room apart from a very deep mattress on the twin beds. The carpet... More

DON'T DO IT! No matter how cheap it is humans deserve better than this. I wouldn't even be comfortable to let my dog roam around this property. Saying its dirty is doing it justice. Most disgusting place I have ever stepped into. My cockroach infested college apartment was cleaner than this hotel. Enough said: I'm getting the willies just thinking... More

Had a single night stay 10/2011 on my quest to check out every sub-$100/night option on and off the strip. Also wanted to see how "bad" it could be as the buzz is IP is planning for a refresh. Check-in had a long in line but the staff was efficient and moved people quickly. Booked a standard room and was... More

Stayed here when we visited Vegas. Nothing fancy but we weren't in the room that much, so it served the purpose. The price was right. It was located in the center of the strip so we were in the middle of everything, great location. Casino was good as well.

We stayed at the Imperial Palace from Sunday May 20th and checked out on Thursday the 24th. Monday the housekeeper cleaned the room and left an envelope. I am not in the habit of tipping till the end of my stay so I didn't leave anything the first day she cleaned the room. The next day the envelope was gone... More

Hi, My first time to Las Vegas I picked the worst hotel on the strip! Rooms were not clean, we were there for 5 days and our room was not vacuumed once, cob webs hanging for the ceiling and walls. When we arrived there was dry vomit on the side of the tub, it took the maid 4 hours to... More

We we're supposed to stay for 4 nights but checked out after 2. The area outside the hotel is right now a constructing area with noisy machines, dusty and with reduced access. If you, like we, get a room on the lower floors heading towards the strip you will have trouble to sleep during night because of the casino/bars and in... More
