We got a very basic room. I really thought that all hotels in Vegas would have a safe in the room and coffee available in the mornings. But we did get extremely cheap rates for this place, which allowed us to leave more money in the casino's!!!

I booked this hotel a few weeks ago to stay on May 4th and 5th after a 14 hour flight from Sydney, I was a bit worried when i read that people's rooms were being robbed as i took my new laptop with me, I also read reviews about rude staff, Small rooms, Small bathrooms, Hopeless Maid service, Dirty carpet... It is definitely old. Even the adverts for the casino show a women who should be passed away now. PROS: Location. Central in strip. Makes visiting other nicer hotels/casinos easier ;) Free Starbucks breakfast. Staff are very nice Parking CONS: Rooms are old and need updating. With the smoking ban set in many places in the world, having a group... More

We spent a week at Imperial Palace 5 years ago, and it was clean and service was great. This last trip was a horiffic experience. First we upgraded to a luv tub room and king bed. We entered our room, to find stains on the floor, chairs and the table blocking the patio , dirt on the walls, and the... More

My friend got some comped rooms at the Imperial Palace -- only because it was an extraordinarily busy weekend in Vegas and every other hotel he visits was booked. We had heard the Imperial Palace had a bad rep -- but we just weren't prepared for the bitter truth. Even considering the room was free -- it wasn't worth it!... More

Stayed for 5 nights in April and had some good and bad experiences. The price was right and we were happy with the location. The room was just fine and exactly what we hoped for. We stayed in the Deluxe room, it was clean, comfortable bed, hot shower that drained fine and we had asked for a pool view to... More

It was a nightmare experience, I will never stay here again. Granted, I may be a little pampered as I usually stay at the higher-end five star hotels near the strip. This trip was short notice and Imperial Palace was the only thing open, and for 150$, it seemed okay. When we arrived at the hotel, we had to drive... More
