The hotel was beautiful and luxurious, and the staff was quite friendly, but there were some cleanliness issues. If I go to Vegas again, and on my own dime, I will try to move a little north on the strip and stay at a different hotel. More

Headboard was broke when we checked in, took 5 times to tell them before they fixed it and it was 1:30 am when they did! Toilet would only flush on the 4 th attempt and our non smoking room still smelled like smoke. But on a positive note, the pool area was great. More

Despite making a reservation for Four nights stay a month in advance requesting king size bed and indicating in the reservation that is our Ten year anniversary, receiving confirmation for a king size bed, upon arrival we were told that no king size bed available that night. This place is to be 4 star but needs an update... THey installed new carpet, but this place was dead compared to other casinos. I think charging a $25 resort fee is extorsion, I did not enjoy any of the $25 amenities per day... I stayed for 4 days it works out to be $100 the cost of another room.... More

I attended a conference here in April. The conference center is huge! The casino area was ok along with the dining but not as lively as Luxor, New York or Bellagio. This hotel is at the very end of the strip so walking or trams is your best way to see sights. More
