Gorgeous well-maintained hotel...amazing how smoothly everything runs around there given the sheer size of this place..probably the BEST pool area in Vegas! Amenities inside are expensive though...you can get some deals if you're willing to venture out on the street though. Spacious rooms and heavenly beds, meticulous house-keeping, and great service! I have not stayed at the MGM Grand in almost 20 years but decided to give it a try (great rate with a Southwest vacation package). The whole hotel is getting an overhaul. I am not sure how far along they are, but the room I stayed in was wonderful. Beautifully decorated with great amenities including a well stocked mini-fridge;... More

I came to the hotel with a group of about 65 people which usually causes hotels to treat us differently because they assume we'll be destructive. The MGM was a totally refreshing experience from this! You would have never known we were any different than any other guests. Our room was absolutely gorgeous with a kind of a crappy view... More

We don't gamble, so, the prices were very high for a small, outdated room. The resort has a lot of amenities. The pools were awesome. But, they were only open until 6:00 p.m! I guess they want everybody out of the sun and into the casino. The shows were all top-notch. The Cirque du Soleil show "KA" was incredible. The... More

I was super excited about staying at MGM considering all of the great reviews here on Trip Advisor ( I always check here before booking) so needless to say I expected nothing but the best. To my surprise that was not the treatment I received. I made reservations months ago for two Grand Queen rooms. I had booked other hotels... More

Lots of the staff were borderline rude. I almost had an altercation with a luggage storage person when I took my time in getting money for a tip. His gestures and his discontent at me by nodding his head as if though I was wrong or something. I put my money back in my pocket and told him he was... More

Okay, perhaps they won't let *you* feed the lions. But you can *watch* them being fed bits of meat by their handlers, who position a lion in front of the glass enclosure (lion habitat) allowing you to snap photos. Hotel room? Who cares about the room (nice, clean, comfortable, view McCarran Airport, walk strip, walk over street bridge to Tropicana,... More

Just returned from a terrific 4 day stay at MGM where I met up with friends. So close to airport it's great after a long flight. Upon check in, I asked for a special room request then what was originally booked and a quick check with the manager and was accommodated no problem. Stayed in the Grand tower. Can hear... More

Late dinner at Wolfgang Pucks. I mean 2:00am. It was great to get a great meal in the early morning when you are starved and typically limited to fast food or worse. The place was hopping and the meatloaf was outstanding. The house wine was affordable but a little bit like 2 buck chuck. More
