The rooms were great clean and well maintain. The service was great. Ran into issues with the slots going down for over two hours and horrible dining service at the camelot steakhouse. The waiter was very rude and treated us like dirt.

Time share sales people are everywhere on the main floor and get really annoying after the first few times. Power walkway leading out and coming back into the hotel was not working for the week we were there.

My husband and I enjoyed the experience at Excalibur from the room, services, staff, and food. The casino was nice. We stayed in Tower II on the 26th floor and it was great. with a beautiful view. We would return back to the hotel and request again a room in Tower II and from the 20th floor on.

Great place to stay. Our Casino host was great and very helpful I'd give it a ten! our only problem was we had to leave at 5:00 in the morning and our sink sprang a leak and we ended up feeling guilty because we did'nt have time to call housekeeping.

The check in was quick, even though the lines were long. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds slept good. Everything worked well, including the air conditioner. Very impressed with the staff and the value of the resort.

This is a little bit older casino but kept in good shape. It is a great value for the money.
