It's the only real hotel in town, but a great place to stay when visiting the Valley of Fire. Clean and comfortable. Fridge and microwave in room. AC worked well. Very friendly owners. There are few places to eat in town. We didn't get have time to try their breakfast, but it smelled delicious!

Nice and clean hotel, with rather spacious rooms. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. The hotel is a good starting point for a visit to the valley of fire, which is only 15 min. by car. Apart from that there is not much to do in Overton.

If you don't want to camp at the Valley of Fire, this is your best option. Rooms were clean, comfortable and the owners are super friendly and helpful. This is the best non-camping lodging for visiting the Valley of Fire State Park. Very helpful and accommodating staff. The rooms were adequate, clean and roomy. They prepared bag breakfasts for us as we were out VERY early.
