Overall, we had a wonderful time at The Ridge Tahoe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's situated right in the Tahoe/Kingsbury mountainside at the Heavenly Ski Resort at about 7600 feet. The hotel room in general are well kept. The Front Desk and Spa folks were rude and unaccomodating. We asked to change rooms multiple times and they didnt even make an effort and bluntly refused - with a "I am sorry..." We havent seen this rude a treatment before.
