I am gving this hotel an excelllent because of the excellent customer service. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The food was good but not great but the service again was excellent. We had breakfast there each morning and there was a good selection of food. The dinner was nothing special but the service made up for that. We... More

I don't this place is worth the money unless you absolutely must be sleeping slope side. Not sure if there are any better places although I saw a residence inn in North Conway. Room is pretty tired looking. Furniture is cheap. Distinct feeling of things being only semi-clean. Thumping of guests above us due to cheap construction materials with no... More

We recently spent our March Break (school break, New Brunswick, Canada) at the Attitash Grand Summit Hotel. Despite the fact the room we first checked into was *not* what we expected, we were able to move the next day, thanks in large part to Gwenn (Manager) who was so helpful & kind it made our previous disappointment vanish. We ended... More

My daughter and I stayed in a deluxe studio room which we found to be clean and comfortable. It had a pull down "murphy" bed and a pull out sofa bed. Most sofa beds are extremely uncomfortable but my daughter said this one was just fine and I found the murphy bed comfortable enough. The view was great as we... More

We needed a mid-winter break so we booked three nights accommodation and three days of skiing at this resort. We ended up staying a fourth night due to inclement weather. The front desk staff were very welcoming and quickly set us up with a room and lift tickets. Every staff member with whom we interacted throughout our stay was friendly... More

We stayed at the Grand Summit for six nights after Christmas this year. I booked my husband and myself and two adult daughters into a two bedroom suite with a loft, and it was very spacious. We had a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one up and one down) two queen size beds, a pull out couch, and lots of... More

Food is horrible. Room was ok but housekeeping was not so good. Valet was almost never available. Gave the parking slip 20 minutes before and guy never got the car for us. Just not what expected for location and money!

We just returned for a 3 night stay at the Grand Summit as we celebrated my wife's birthday and Thanksgiving by making a family outing to this lovely part of New England. We were fortunate in having incredible weather and we had no prior knowledge of the property but selected it due to location and price. Although the facility is... More

Went for a confrerence in September and really enjoyed the property. The dinner we had at the banquet on Saturday night left a lot to be desired. The "Barbeque Chicken" was nothing more than pre baked chicken breast with bbq sauce slathered on after it was baked. Not at all appetizing.

Stayed here for annual EMS conference with great training. Small rooms. Fire door in hallway is in violation of Life Safety Code. Overpriced hotel. Food at the bar was excellent. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Great drinks and bartender. Rude staff working the desk after dinner. Nice fireplace but don't ask then to light it after 9:00 pm "it's too late".
