Grayhurst is the best place that I have stayed in Hampton Beach, NH. The beds are comfortable, clean rooms, multiple sitting area to enoy the view. Ken is awesome and it's only steps away from from the beach! We had a deck that let us be able to sit outside when we were'nt at the beach.

I would recommend coming to grayhurst by far. Starting with Just calling Ken to set up my vacation stay was great! My girlfriend and I wanted a good affordable place to stay for our little vacation. Ken was really nice, respond to email very quickly, and the place was really clean. Not new, but really clean. I would recommend to anybody!

Overall, you can't beat it! Ken was fantastic, the location couldn't be any better and the place was very clean. The room is a bit small but perfect for a couple just there to sleep. It's got a perfect beach like atmosphere. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good time!

Nothing amazing in my opinion. I was very impressed how clean the room was though. Also, the owner is very pleasant. The negatives: the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Very uncomfortable bed. Thin blankets.
