We chase Whitneys from among a limited few places that did not have a three night minimum for Columbus Day weekend. My daughter picked the Whitney Inn at Jackson for her destination wedding. I thought it was a great choice. The owner, Don, and his wedding planner, Michelle, were at Holly Beth's beck and call.
