Why waste time looking further. When a B&B gets to 50 reviews and the the two worst ones are "very good", there's no good reason to hesitate. If they have a room available, just book it. It's everything all the other reviewers have said, comfortable, cozy, excellent hosts serving delicious breakfasts, and a cat. There's a nice closed off dirt... More

Ending a lovely stay at Three Maples Inn. Family took over all three guest rooms for a graduation celebration and the hosts Linda and David made us feel right at home. This 1790's home was lovely in the Anew Hampshire spring. Surrounded by lilacs and flowers, and in the quiet woods off the beaten path, we were very comfortable in... More

We so enjoyed our stay at Three Maples. The house is cozy and inviting, with rustic New England charm yet very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed petting Sophie the cat as well as spending time reading and chatting on the 3 season porch. Linda and David were warm and welcoming, but also let us do our own thing. We... More

My boyfriend and I wanted to get away from Boston for a weekend and do some X-country skiing in some fresh snow. Three Maples was definitely the best choice - Linda and Dave were charming and very helpful, it was less than a 10-minute drive to the Windblown X-country ski and snowshoe park, and the rates were good. When we... More

Great food, excellent hosts that were warm and inviting. Linda and Dave made our stay perfect, down to every little detail. They are wonderful and interesting people. We will definitely be back. The hosts gave a very personal touch to everything. Thanks.

I was deciding between two Peterborough B&Bs....and I think I chose well. Linda and Dave were delightful, warm and helpful hosts. Their charming B&B was just what I was hoping for. Our room was inviting and spotlessly clean. The fireplace was a wonderful touch; it made the room warm and cozy. The mattress and pillows very comfy....we had a perfect... More

We've stayed here a couple of times now and love it. We just spent our honeymoon here. The decor is gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, the antique details are spectacular. Lots of interesting books to read by the fire. One of the best parts of the stay is the breakfast. It's great to have people who are so into food... More

My sister and I had a lovely weekend in Peterborough, our stay at 3 Maples was very relaxing, Linda was a gracious and accommodating host, interesting but not the least intrusive. We really enjoyed the Finnish Sauna in the ground floor room. Breakfast was spectacular, baked french toast. We then hiked from the backyard to a ridge for a beautiful... More

My husband and I spent two nights here exploring the countryside, hiking Monadnock and visiting the Sharon Arts Center. A sleeping cat and homemade cookies and cider were a welcoming sight upon arrival. Hosts Linda and David could not have been more helpful or attentive. The old inn was filled with interesting antiques and the breakfasts were gourmet........filling and delicious.... More
