Read many reviews before we booked. The place does need some work, but we were greeted by very friendly and personable staff and the room on the inside was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

It is definitely not the highest class place around, but it is clean and affordable. The room on the inside is a lot better than it looks on the outside. The room had a great view of the mountains. The staff (i assume the owners) was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Last time the painted the outside was probably 1978, paint peeling etc. Free breakfast was terrible, but the coffee was good. Price was very cheap and it's a good place to stay if your visiting Plymouth University. It's only five minutes away and there's plenty of cheap eats on Main street.

If you are looking for somewhere cheap but clean to stay, this is it! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was good size and clean. I was very impressed with the quality vs. price paid for the area.

We were greeted, on Thanksgiving Day, by cheerful, competent staff. Our room was in the second building, a short drive around behind the one you can see from the road, past the tiny cabins which might be the "suites." Bathroom fan was noisy, that was my only complaint. We enjoyed the quiet room in the lower back unit. It was clean and comfortable. Price was right. Service was friendly and efficient. Good access via highway to Lincoln Scottish Festival.
