Great down-home place to stay for day trips around northern New England. Can cook out on the grill provided, swim in the pool, get a good nights rest and be ready to go again the next day. Love getting out of the urban sprawl for a peaceful evening. Doesn't break our budget either. Looking forward to returning.

Have made a habit of making an annual pilgramidge to NH for a great vacation. I have stayed here in the past and the quaint, charming hotel always exceeds my expectations. Perfect location for anyone wishing to spend time in Weirs Beach, Laconia, or anywhere around Lake Winnipesakee. Each room is different so the greatest part in staying here is... More

I stayed here with my husband over the 4th of July weekend. We had a very nice stay. The motel is nothing fancy but all we really needed was a place to rest our head at night. The room was small but cozy, with an HD TV & DVD player, microwave and small refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable, but... More

Great owners. Property on the road but we didn't notice the noise at night. Old route 66 like motel but remodeled. Each room had theme. We stayed in the fish themed room. Very cute with lots of little pleasant surprises. Very tastefully done. Beds comfortable and we slept well. Flat screen LCD. Small refrig and I think microwave. Parking in... More

Easy to find! Very comfortable. The bathroom is small but there were plenty of clean colorful towels and the water pressure was great! The room was quiet-did not hear any road noise! The decor in my room was an antique country feel- Plus- lots of outlets for charging cell phones, camera batteries and computers without pulling all the furniture away from... More

We stayed here one night before attending a wedding in the area. I love the original decorations in the rooms (what I would call "Craft Fair Chic"). Visually, it was a very interesting and lovely place to stay. It is close to the White Mountains (we hiked Flume Gorge, about 1 hr drive), it was close to Squam Lake (On... More

My family and I just got home from a wonderful stay and we cannot wait to go back. The room was comfy, decorated with antiques and and very spacious. The shower had great water pressure and they give you plenty of towels! Spend some time reading in the backyard, take a swim in the crystal clear pool or take a... More

My wife and I stayed here in September 2009 for two weeks. The plan to visit the area was mostly due to my interest in visiting funspot- the largest arcade in the world- but this is a fantastic area to visit. The shopping is cheap compared to UK, there is some beautiful scenery and some fantastic restaurants. All in all... More

We just loved this place! It was perfect for everything we needed! The kids had the pool to play in and we had the nice sized room that included a lounge area (sofa, chair, televsion). The room was very comfortable and also had a kitchenette which came into be very useful. Super close to Weirs beach and the pier (great... More
