This Hampton is a far cry from the usual Hamptons. Do not patronize at this one. The reservation detail was not honored as requested. The room rug had a soaking wet spot next to the bed. The room had a musty odor. The shower head was not adjustable. The tub was badly stained. The hallway needed a good sweeping.

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn in Clinton whenever I have business in the area (usually 20 times per year). The rooms are clean and being upgraded. The staff are caring and make all the difference in feeling like you matter.

I had a bad experiance during my last stay in Clinton NJ so i decided to try a different hotel. Hampton Inn was everything i expected it to be. Nice Clean room, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. I will be making this my new go to hotel in Clinton!

Stayed at hotel over night because my husband and I had a party to attend. We enjoyed our stay. Especially the breakfast the next morniing. We were surprised they served turkey sausage. You don't usually get turkey sausage at hotels... just pork.

We have used this hotel several times and it is always a delight. The facility is clean and extremely well maintained, the staff could not be more helpful, and we travel with two dogs who are always welcomed and accommodated. What more could you need or ask for.

In Clinton for a wedding with family and friends ,one nite stay very good experience. Staff friendly and accommadating.Hotel clean and friendly staff. Breakfast delicious. Would recommend to family and friends. Good location with access to highway.

This is a nice hotel. I normally do not stay at Hamton Inns but this is a good one. Seems like they've "refreshed" some rooms and the lobby is under a upgrade. Rooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet......was actually very good! I will stay here again!

Web site will let you know they are under rennovation. Signs outside the hotel will tell you the same. As soon as you come in...the desk staff apologizes for the construction. Unbelievably dirty and poorly maintained property in Clinton, NJ. This location provided one of the worst U.S. motel experiences I have had in decades. It seemed that they staff did not have access to any vacuums. The halls and elevators were a mess, and the room was not much better.
