I was staying there from 28th April to 3 May. The rate is reasonable, hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room I stayed seems just renovated but the carpet is not proper done, I could feel the flooring is not even and noisy whenever I walked by. I went to my friend's room but their room is fine.

Cheap alternative for NYC tourists. Tour buses outside mean no hot water in the morning. Menu limited but food is ok. Comedy club on site some evenings. Bed was not very comfortable. Hotel is on a busy divided highway and a little inconvenient to access.
