My girlfriend and I stayed at the Econo Lodge when running the Ocean Drive Marathon in Cape May. Its probably the cheapest place you can find within 30 minutes of Cape May. For $60 (with AAA discount) we got a room with a jacuzzi, wifi, breakfast, and the usual amenities.

Rooms were clean and beds were pretty soft. The worst part of the stay was the advertised breakfast that didn't exist. Deffinately false advertising. Very old cereal, no bread of any kind, coffee and juice. When asked where the breakfast was (both mornings of stay) clerk said they were on the way to get it. They must have gone to... More

Nothing fancy, quiet. Rates are very cheap, room is clean, bed is ok, wireless works. Staff are friendly. Breakfast sucks, as in most cheap US hotels, how do you proud American people put up with this? Same goes for the coffee, brown water. But we did not choose this hotel for its breakfast. We found it a good deal, you... More

tough getting a decent business night rate for a summertime Jersey shore hotel or motel. the reviews were passible and the pics decent so i gave it a try. It was fine. No extraordinary expectations. room was simple and clean. breakfast area wasn't appealing, though. pool was inhabited.

Came down for Vacation from PA. Staff was nice. Everything worked in the room. Nice King Size bed. Big enough frige for the 2 days we stayed. Cheap rates. Only had bagels, danishes, bananas, cerael and juices for breakfasts. Didn't stay alot of time in the room due to being on vacation, but did not have any problems. Bathroom was... More

We really enjoyed the hotel as it was nice in terms of beach hotels. Only a few miles from Ocean City where the beaches are nice and clean. Fot the price we really got a good deal as locations right by the beach are very costly. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff are very nice... Hey Chris... Good times.

When we arrived their were people partying in the rooms with doors open. Very scary people. We had reserved 3 rooms and one smelled like urine. The other was next door to some of the "party goers", the other room had a hole in the wall where the door knob had repeatedly smashed thru. Needless to say, we didnt stay.

This is a welfare Motel , they are renting rooms to welfare ( section 8) it was horrible drug dealing going on all night long and we were scared for ourselves and our car. Choice hotel should advertize that this location is renting to welfare people , Please dont go to this place your vacation will turn into a nightmare.

I'm gonna keep this short and to the point. Cigarette holes in the sheets. Dirty towels. We got a room with a jacuzzi and the jets were not working. Stains on the carpet that Look like there were from bodily fluids. Paint was chipped and was patched up with scotch tape. Pool was supposed to open at 9am and opened... More

An absolute nightmare! I made reservations for two family members (and two beds) to attend a wedding, they stayed Friday and Saturday checkout on Sunday. I went and prepaid for the rooms while in the area and left the keys at the front desk. When my guests arrived (two women) the door to the room was wide open and plenty... More
