I was placed here for a temporary 6 month work assignment and could not be happier. Although the furniture could stand an update, overall the service and kindness of the staff is superb! Everyone from the shuttle drivers (Jean ) to the kitchen staff (Nette and others) to the sakes office (Johanna and Young) accommodated my every need. In addition... More

Although Residence Inn is positioned as an extended-stay hotel, my experiences at this and other Residence Inns have generally been one- or two-nighters, and they seem to function just fine for that purpose too. Comments about this location: (1) Like most Residence Inns, the property is laid out more like an apartment complex than a hotel. This means that after... More

Thanks SO MUCH for putting the time into a detailed review! You've done very well in explaining that we are a "Community Style Hotel" rather than a "Box Hotel" as most are. A recurring theme of "friendly, fast, and efficient" for our staff is much appreciated. "Dispensed" cereal is a Residence Inn requirement but I'll relay your thoughts. Thanks again! More

Other reviewers have stayed in this property for weeks or months. Shoot me now! I had one night... arriving after midnight and leaving before 8 am. The staff was attentive and helpful. The room (second floor, no elevator) in the townhouse style collection of rooms was fine... big, the usual kitchen and well maintained. However... my room was facing the... More

We would, of course, NEVER "shoot you" for sharing! LOL. It always amazes me the DIVERSITY in travelers. The great thing about the Residence Inn – Princeton / South Brunswick is the OPTIONS. Click "Traveler Tips" to see that some guests like being up FRONT and some like the BACK. As the largest Residence Inn in NJ, we can accommodate... More

Everyone we came in contact with during our 3 week stay was wonderful to deal with. They serve complimentary breakfast & light dinner. The suite we stayed in was great. If you must be away from home for a period of time this is the place to stay!

Thanks for taking the time to share. I hope the time that our Team took to get to know you while you stayed with us comes to mean something more to you than just time away from home. Most every hospitality member that you "came in contact with" while staying with us is a Veteran Associate. Thanks for choosing us! More

If you have to live in the area temporarily this is a great option. Staff is wonderful and always goes the extra mile to help.

Thank you for staying with us. The one pattern that I always LOVE to see repeat on TripAdvisor is that ANY GUEST that spends more than just a few days with us gets a Crystal Clear impression that our Staff is SECOND TO NONE in the area. We are the "Classic Style" Residence Inn and that is hard to find. More

Stayed here for ONE night from Dec 3 - Dec 4. The rooms were clean but VERY old looking. The sliding door to my closet fell off the first time I tried to open it. Overall not a bad stay. If I was in the area and I had no choice I will surely stay here again.

We booked a room here during the halloween snow storm of 2011 when we were without heat and power for almost a week; we live about 40 miles north of this location. The two bedroom/two bath was perfect for our family of four with two young kids, one in a pack n' play, and a dog. The lofted bedroom had... More

You found the right place to "survive" the storm! Thanks for choosing our experienced Team. You note our great value, of course, but I love the highlight on the professional and delightful manner in which the staff weathered the storm. Being the largest Residence Inn in NJ, we have more VETERAN Associates than some competitors have TOTAL Associates! Thanks again! More

If you're going north on Rt 1, you can't get there. It's on the other side of a divided highway. So the next intersection should let you turn around right? Wrong, that's a divided highway, too. So you have to turn into a small business and turn around in a parking lot, then go back through 2 lights to get... More

Thanks for fighting the NJ Traffic designs! In the 12 years since I've arrived here, I've yet to find ONE HOTEL with a simple "exit location." U.S. 1 is part of the ORIGINAL U.S. postal routes from 1673 but who knows why "Garmin" didn't ask "Franklin" when programming the GPS's??? Fortunately, our DIRECTIONS EXPERTS are reachable by phone 24 hrs/day! More

After the recent hurricane, my apartment was powerless for days... and the basement of the building had 5 feet of water in it. Clearly, alternate accommodations were called for. I wrote on their Facebook page at 11pm, and their GM confirmed for me that there were rooms available. Next morning, after an easy breezy check-in, I was set up in... More

Having been one of our AVID Social Media followers long BEFORE you had even stayed with us, it was a pleasant surprise to be able to "rescue you" from our Facebook Page at 11pm. The reason saddened me (of course), but it was a pleasure having you in our "real community" after knowing you a while in our "virtual community." More

Great hotel and very much a home away from home for the road warrior. I travel between VA and NJ on a regular basis for work, and I've stayed at this location for easily 100 nights so far this year. The staff is for the most part great (especially Taleeka at the front desk) and Scott (the manager) is always... More

We appreciate you on EVERY VISIT. As you've noted, the "Road Warriors" prefer our Classic "Community Style" Residence Inn over the "blahs" of typical Box-Shaped hotels. Whether you're staying 1 night or 1 year (or a year of 1 nights), we love the LOYALTY of those that choose our "family" over being a "number" somewhere else. See you again soon! More
