Room adequate although worn, bed comfortable, fridge worked, teli worked, coffee maker worked (and you can get hot water for tea - after all these years the Americans think we all only drink coffee I am sure), bathroom wasn't the best but everything worked too. We just experienced this hotel on the way to and return from a transatlantic cruise. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall appearance of the hotel. Nice people, crowded breakfast, small room which smelled of smoke. But even worse was the smell in the hallway. If I stayed a second time it would be only if I could have a non-smoking room. Bed was comfortable. Room served it's purpose and was worth the price paid.

Excellant service, GREAT proximity to NJPAC, Penn Station, Prudential Center. Nice rooms, nothing fancy but very nice. Staff very helpful. Room size nice. Good breakfast.
