Stayed two nights in July 09. Upon arrival, I was accosted by a "gentleman" who proceeded to tell me his sob story. He had been staying at the hotel for 3 months. ......no simple amenities such as ironing board or iron, not even a bar or hangers in the closet area to hang our clothing.
