No hot water a few days during our stay, housekeeping unacceptable, bad food and noisy.

This is a suite hotel with living room and kitchen. It's clean, has a hot breakfast and our room actually had a gas fireplace in the living room, which was a nice surprise, too!! It's close to NYC and is in a nice area. Staff is friendly and efficient.

This Residence Inn is the best I have ever stayed in. Great staff, quite setting and very clean rooms. Hotel is close to many things including NYC. The hotel also accepts pets for those that are looking for pet friendly hotels.
