The rooms aren't very comfy or inviting and are laid out weird. There is carpet in the sink part of the bathroom which is a little gross. The free breakfast is warm, free, and good. The staff is also friendly.

I've stayed here on a number of occasions when in town. The property is not on a main road and as a result is very quiet. Nice room with full kitchen, combined living room, bedroom and separate bath area. Clean and functional. Good breakfast, helpful servers and helpful front desk. Not too far from the mall as well as several restaurants. Would stay here again.

We were getting away during Thanksgiving weekend, and the room with two double beds was perfect for us. Full kitchen and huge bathroom, nice TV but not many female-oriented cable channels (lineup is almost all sports and news), and beds had good mattresses. Okay, I just was at the Residence Inn-Tinton Falls N.J. for a short five day stay with family - Jersey Shore vacation near Long Branch/Seven Presidents/Pier Village. Close to great beach and outlet center shopping. Hotel staff is very nice and they go out of their way to accommodate requests. Breakfast is free and 10 times better than other free breakfasts in the area. Clean. Highly recommend this hotel.
