I was ABOUT to book my Honeymoon trip this afternoon when I called Crystal Springs. The pictures & descriptions on the website seemed perfect, & the spa really lured me in. When I called a rude woman answered the phone and I felt like I had to PULL the information out of her! For their prices they have some nerve... More

I visited Minerals Spa and Resort with a bunch of girlfriends, with the goal of exercising and hiking for a mid-week getaway. Most of us have backgrounds in physical fitness and training, so were appalled at the lack of quality of instruction provided in the classes. There was one beautiful Latin woman who was very concerned with form and safety,... More

Dear Guest, We're sorry to hear the fitness classes at Minerals Sports Club did not meet your expectations. All of our fitness class instructors have nationally recognized certifications and are required to have CPR and AED training and certification to teach at Minerals. We take all of our guests' feedback very seriously and would love the opportunity to address your... More

Although Crystal Springs has branded Minerals Resort and Spa as one of its sister hotels within the Crystal Springs property, it is not nearly as nice as Crystal Springs Grand Cascades Lodge. This facility offers amentities such as a family pool, well manicured grounds, an indoor basketball court, and fitness. This facilty was created for families with children. The room... More

We made reservations on Friday for that very weekend (Easter weekend, no less) and stayed until Tuesday. We really had a fun & affordable time. My sons, hubby & I enjoyed the basketball court, the pool, and playing a round of golf. The pool area would sometimes get crowded, but the outdoor heated pool was awesome & people were very... More

A group of 5 of us women stayed here overnight and 3 more joined us the next day for a weekend of pampering and bonding. The rooms were fine and clean. Although the walls are extremely thin so if you were like us and looking to get some extra sleep, ask for a room far away from everyone else. The... More

Just an hour from NJ/NY and suburbs headed northwest, Crystal Creek Lodge was a special birthday overnight spa location for 4 friends at the Minerals Hotel and the Elements spa The treatments were really special (and we've been around); the yoga and exercise classes the same. Grand Cascades, the sister (brother?) hotel was a few minutes away although it looked... More

we stayed in the basic 2 queen room, it was very nice. Grand Cascades looked a bit classier, but for the extra $100 a night not sure if that's worth it. The Minerals pool was being refurbished (although it looks like it would be really nice) so they gave us passes for the biosphere at Grand Cascades - highly recommend.... More

I traveled with my two children, daughter (age 13) and son (age 8) to Minerals Resort April 11-13. This being Spring Break week for most NJ schools, I was prepared to deal with crowds. Clearly the resort was near capacity but the hotel is so large, it never really felt overwhelmingly crowded. We very much enjoyed our stay but there... More

Kites needs a management make over. I am not one to leave detailed comments about restaurants, however, with the poor service we recieve and over cooked food that hit out palettes, I just had to. Upon arrival on a Wednesday evening we were told at 5:45 that there would be no seats until 8:30 for dinner. Even though only 3 or... More

The rooms have been somewhat recently updated and are reasonably contemporary and comfortable..,and there's no complaints about cleanliness. The spa and fitness center are exceptionally nice. While I didn't use the pools, they look incredible. My one complaint is that the WiFi is only in the lobby. The rooms are hardwired though and the access if complimentary, which is great...but...
