The pros of this hotel are the location and staff. It is just one bus stop away from the 42nd St bus terminal, and the Hudson-Bergen light rail is not far away either. I was visiting this area on business. My room was upgraded and I had a nice spacious city-view room. Very convenient location with easy access to Manhattan by ferry - this was probably the best thing about the hotel. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had room service and the food wasn't the greatest.

We stayed for 3 nights here, and found it really good. The staff were nice and helpful. Location was good to get across to Manhattan with the ferry outside the door. Room was spacious and with good lighting. Great views, day and night. Nice in house restaurant and others close by that we would recommend. We would stay here again.

A very nice place to stay after a hectic day in New York. However, not easy to get there from LaGuardia or JFK airports (also rather expensive by taxi).
