In addition to the fact that the parking situation is terrible, there were bed bugs in our room. We immediately called the front desk and were told simply that they would be sure to tell Housekeeping. Housekeeping??! We responded that they needed to call an exterminator and to make sure nobody stayed in the room until the problem is addressed....

The hotel does not have bud begs. We have a very detailed comprehensive cleaning program at the hotel which we is done by a well know service compnay. We were checked just before the weekend. This customer has no right to state there are bed bugs here when there are not. The hotel will take this customer's under legal advisement.

A good place to stay with great beach location. Would've loved to have stayed longer! It looked like they had really neat pools, unfortunately we went out of season right before they filled them up. Not the right place to stay for collegiate endeavors, but really great and exciting family environment, and a really awesome arcade!

I booked this hotel for July but had to change my travel plans. The staff was very accomodating and understanding. I was able to get a full refund on my deposit. I am looking forward to staying at the hotel at another time.
