I stayed at the Mark I over the summer with family and had an excellent time. The property is very well kept, the rooms are clean as well as all other aspects of the motel. If you need a recommendation regarding things to do, food, etc the staff is very knowledgable and friendly.

Family vacation end of August, we spent 3 days here. It's 1/2 block to the beach on a relatively calm street. We were 6 in a 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette, 1st floor off pool. Bicycled to promenade and boardwalk. Decent simple clean.
