This a great NJ beach hotel. It is clean and has a very friendly atmosphere. They welcome bikers during bike weekend.

My family spent a late September weekend at the Mark I. Although the rooms are not very spacious, they are very clean. For extra room, rent the "efficiency" with a kitchenette and table/chairs. The hotel and staff met or exceeded our expectations. The staff and hotel was very accomadating. I would say the hotel is very clean, quiet, close to the beach and overall a great value. I would stay at the Mark I again and most likely will.

Understanding WWC is not a 5 star/resort area. However, this hotel was not up to standard. The efficiency room was way to small for a family of 4.
