“Great Place”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautifully located at the foot of the hills with amazing views and about a mile out of town. We could have walked into town but instead chose to use our own car or arranged transfers with the Lodge. Idyllic setting and the friendliness / level of service was excellent. We will return!

We were here for three days and Cecilia couldn't have done more to make our stay the relaxing break we needed. The location is blissfully quiet with dtunnjngviews across the valley (you'll need a car). Perched on a little hill in the franschhoek valley, elephant lodge was an amazing place to spend our few days in the winelands. Cecelia welcomed us with warmth upon arriving at Elephant Lodge. We were lucky to be the first guests in this fabulous B&B. If Elephant Lodge doe not have the best sunset views of anywhere in Franschoek I will eat my hat.
