My sister and I spent a night at Klein Waterval Riverside Lodge recently. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist, who kindly offered to make a supper booking for us. The room was clean and well-equipped, and had a stoep with a lovely view across the vineyards to the mountains.

Not smack in the middle of the action of Franschoek, this little beauty situated about 5km from it all is still romantic and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner, Trevor is most appreciated. We only stayed here for 1 night, as we were attending a wedding in the area. Due to this, we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel to make many comments, however it is in a beautiful location and seems to be well run. We enjoyed our stay here!

We had a perfect stay at Klein Waterval Riverside Lodge. Service was absolutely excellent, very friendly, helpful and hospitable. View from the room was gorgeous.
