I stayed two weeks in Hout Bay Backpackers and it was a very pleasant stay. It is close to the beach and the harbour. And also shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Because of the very friendly staff and the people I shared the hostel with it felt like a home far from home.

Phoned the Hout Bay Backpackers for accom for the Argus, and they were able to help me. Got there and the reception was warm and the atmosphere was Gr8, must say, I will book my next Argus accom there again.
