The facilities were outstanding and the service exceptional. Very accommodating and pleasant staff. Breakfast tailored to our personal requests. Lovely view and spacious rooms. Certainly enjoyable in every respect.

We had an nice stay! It was a huge pity that mine and my fiances laptops were stolen from our room (which was locked) along with passports, watch, phone etc.... Great view of the ocean otherwise. In 12 years, this is the very first time that any property of a guest was stolen. Sadly the guest is claiming that watches and phones etc. was stolen. The detective confirmed the only items reported missing was 2 laptop bags containing the laptops and 2 passports. Ivory Heights staff was very busy this evening entertaining all 18 in-house guests... Last weekend was my 2nd stay at this truely stunning guest house with a spectacular view. The service is outstanding and you are made to feel extremely special thoughout your stay. The rooms are exquisite and breakfast is a feast to look forward to every morning. This is a well deserved 5 star rating. Absolutely devine!!!!!!

Presenting a business conference in a guest house just never seems to fulfill expectations. Boy, was I amazed by the unbelievable setting, spectacular views from my room, the professional and friendly service and evrything that worked 100% in the conference room.
