First time I had the small room for 1000 P, and they where okay, but very basic. Second time the de luxe and big one to around 2500 P. Yes new and okay. by the sea is a nice place to stay as your are at the beach, easy to the bars and also to shopping in Olongapo/SBMA

Hadn't stayed here since 2008 but the place hasn't changed much and the staff is still just as friendly and service is good but DO NOT LOSE YOUR RECEIPT!!
