We arrived an hour later than expected to find our reserved Q size bed on ground floor rented . They gave us a Double bed upstairs. We are handicapped. They had nothing else. No air conditioning on a 100 degree day, filthy desk clerk smoking outside told me to wait while he finished his smoke. The room was dirty and ill-kept, the pool was full of smokers so I couldn't take my kid there. The upside was that the clerk refunded my money with great courtesy and apologized for the problems.
