very happy with the room. Spacious, clean, polite help and comfortable. Only slight down side was the ac unit had to be set a much lower temperature to actually activate. Once we got that figured out, all was well. Would defininately stay there again.

Arrived late and tired to a smiling face, instant check-in, complementary bottled water and the Wall Street Journal, in Gallup, on a Friday night. I could not have been more pleased or impressed. I spent a stopover evening in Gallup and chose the Comfort Suites because it was apparently a new facility. I highly recommend this "suite" motel. It was recently constructed. Don't ask me why, we went all the way from Phoenix to Gallup for a couple of days. However it was a good decision. We've stayed at this hotel with a freind. The room was great, the breakfast was perfect. The lobby had a gorgeous setting. The staff was friendly and attending. Great stay.

Overall a good room, but I rely on good Internet to do evening work. I never really got reliable connection and now a day behind. Thank goodness the iPad served as a backup. I'll consider this if I come back again.
