Very clean, realllly lovely room with very high ceilings. Pool is warm, but not up to HI standards to be able to walk right in it-which is why a lot of folks stay at H.I. Front desk was less than friendly but that's a regional thing I have experienced.

We stayed here on a road trip from Ohio to San Diego. We had a very nice room. It was accessible, although we didn't need it. Very, very clean! We had a great mountain view. The breakfast was a good variety. The pool and hit tub area was nice with a decent fitness area. The beds were very comfy.

This is a nice clean hotel the staff at check in were friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. It is surprising to see the value you get when you compare a place like this to a five star hotel. !!!

We are on a road trip to California and stopped over at the HIE in Gallup. The check in was easy and the clerk at the desk was super nice. The hotel is new and the decor was very bright and cheery. I am looking forward to a great breakfast before we leave. Everything is great.

During our trip around New Mexico, we stop at this place for 2 nights. The decor is very pleasant and attractive. The hotel is very clean and the room still looked new. Breakfast is more than decent, the staff very nice and helpful.
