The building creaked loudly and constantly making it difficult to get a good nights sleep. The door had a broken flip lock on the door. Thank goodness the deadbolt worked. The juice machine was broke and they didn't offer bottles of juice to pour from. Night staff left desk for an extended length of time. Morning staff responded to questions... More

“VERY Nice!”

We checked in with a very pleasant young man. Our room was ground floor and non-smoking, just as requested. Very, very clean and queen size beds! An excellent value and right on the west end of Gallup, close to restaurants, but also an easy drive on west in the morning. I definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel has a lot of promise, but breakfast seems a problem. We checked in and Marcus, the desk clerk, was wonderful. He was so helpful. The room was clean and fresh,.
