This hotel wasn't just clean, it was WOW clean. All the housekeepers were in hairnets, that wasn't expected but very much appreciated. As a property manager I know the importance of cleanliness, and I was impressed by this hotel.

Called on the way to check for room, I wanted 2 queen beds, they had a suite with 2 queen beds. Stayed recently for 3 nights on a business trip. Although offfers the expected level of facility for this chain, there are equal in status and cheaper in the area. Convenient location right off the freeway near restaurants and a nicer WalMart walking distance. Indoor pool and spa. Breakfast area large and pleasant. Front desk gentleman, John, was very nice and accommodating.

Stayed here one night on the way to Scottsdale. The bed is a little soft and you can feel the springs. The air conditioning/heater aims directly at the bed and blows at you all night. Traveled with my daughter and had a great experience. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and worked well. I felt safe and cared for. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The stay was easy.

This is a very nice Hampton Inn. It is very clean and neat. Staff are very friendly. It is located near many restaurants and a nice jogging trail. However, I found the air conditioning annoying.
