“Great value in Portales”

This hotel is the best value for the money in Portales. It's an older property, a courtyard-style motel, with comfortable beds and very clean and well-kept. The location is great--walking distance from ENMU on Highway 70. “Best Value for Students”

I got a great rate by signing a lease for the semester since all the apartments in town were full due to issues with the freshman dorms. Rooms are larger than expected with large refrigerator, microwave, satellite TV and internet, a coffee maker, closet area, desk and dresser, nightstand. Staff is friendly and helpful.
