Ngala is such a homely lodge. The staff are extremely attentive to your every need. The food was plentiful and lovely. The lodges are lush. Super bathrooms, comfortable beds. Expensive, but a real treat IF you like the exclusive feel of a private game reserve- getting up at 5 each day for a few hours of Safari and then again in late afternoon to night. Being back to Ngala Safari Lodge felt great. We can only recommend this beautifull place on earth. Sightings are good and plentifull. A smiling guide picks you up at the airport and takes you out into the bush. After about an hour of travel through the wilderness a beautiful entrence appears out of nothing. What a lovely lodge. All staff are so pleasant and helpful. The little thatched 'house' made up of a bedroom/sitting area and bathroom was very comfortable.
